A disabled shortcut will still work if another key is added to the combo, even if that other key is irrelevant #25311

Steps to reproduce

Set Win + Shift + Space shortcut to "disabled", hold a 4th key while doing so and it will still run the original shortcut even though its disabled

✔️ Expected Behavior

Not running a disabled shortcut

❌ Actual Behavior

Running a disabled shortcut

Hi! We've identified this issue as a duplicate of another one that already exists on this Issue Tracker. This specific instance is being closed in favor of tracking the concern over on the referenced thread. Thanks for your report!
