Description of the new feature / enhancement

Instead of having a keyboard shortcut, can you add a button in the title bar of each window to initiate Always on Top for that window?

Scenario when this would be used?

This would allow pushing a button in the title bar (maybe to the left of the minimize button) that would pin the window on top of all other windows. I've seen this in other third-party applications, though their names escape me at the moment.
