Provide a description of requested docs changes

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/keyboard-manager#remap-a-shortcut-to-a-single-key

The note should describe scenario like: When given Alt+Right -> Next Track remapping and a user presses Shift+Alt+Right it would result in Shift+Next Track

@Aaron-Junker, i think what you're listing above is actually a bug. Shift the behavior to Win+Arrow and this behavior doesn't happen.

bug is tracked here. #10961

With that said, the docs are actually incorrect in this aspect, it is backwards :(

@crutkas
We still need to fix docs. Do we have a dedicated issue for it?

It should be vice versa.

@crutkas
I reopened the issue since it was created to track the change needed for the documentation.

It looks like there were some changes. But the description should be flipped.
That is

Shortcut: ⊞ Win" (Windows key) + < (left arrow)
Mapped to: Alt
