Unable to clear pytest message #8161

I have to click “Don’t show this message again” in this warning every single time I open the project. Why is my selection not respected?

Screenshot shows the pytest enablement messaging:

“A pytest configuration file was detected in the workspace, but pytest is not enabled. Enable pytest

Don’t show this message again”
