Implement web components build using x-tag

Make a components directory and each component will have a template file, scss file, and js file.

Implement using x-tag:

x-tag/core#83

For now we can add core to the head of the html, I'm really against including any scripts in the head but I feel that the weight of this library is worth it.

gzipped it's not much:
