This is also an issue for renamed files.

I don't know if it helps but https://github.com/adrienkohlbecker/vagrant-fsnotify handle this by creating and deleting (touch& rm) the deleted file on the guest.

Is it possible that this has been solved in https://github.com/mhallin/notify-forwarder and hence with this plugin?
