Currently this is getting unpacked in /home/tf2/server/tf/sourcemod/ and not how it should be in /home/tf2/server/tf/addons/sourcemod/
Looking at the tar the folder structure is: addons/sourcemod/{configs,plugins,scripting,translations} so the --strip-compontents flag is wrong in this place.
