Supports TYPO3 CMS 8 LTS only. Contains changes required for 8LTS compatibility (at least). Larger refactorings can go to MetaSEO 3.1.0, as soon as we drop support for MetaSEO 2.x releases.

Drops support for TYPO3 CMS 6.2 and 7.6 (bug fix releases for 6.2 and 7.6 to be continued in 2.1.x releases for some time)
