Page load speeds and performance issues (main issue)

This is the parent issue for addressing all performance related issues with the "V1" product. We will take a first pass to get every page to a reasonable state and then further optimize on a case by case basis thereafter.

Noted areas that will need performance improvements:

• /transactions page - on a good network, takes upwards of ~5s to fully load (FCP is fast, but LCP is very slow, likely due to loading Synth logos for each transaction)
• Dashboard, specifically when user has multiple currencies that need currency conversion (noted in Bug: Changing timezone to Asia/Krasnoyarsk causes page loads to be over 15 seconds #1588 and Performance issues with multi-currency setup #1530)
• Transfer matching-modal form submission (takes several seconds to submit)
• All modal forms need a "submitting" spinner
• EnrichDataJob causes long syncs and takes queue concurrency slots (should be moved to another queue as it is not mission-critical)

@zachgoll Dunno if it's already on your radar, but the Budgeting page is quite slow to load as well. On my instance it takes approximately 15 seconds to load (I have over 8000 transactions)

I'm self hosting, and with ~20,000 transactions imported the app seems to keep crashing out.
