`Ref`s inside of an array not manifested #9

When using Ref inside of an array on the parent object, the array isn't traversed and the Refs are not manifested:

define(Parent, {
  manifest: () => ({
    children: [Ref.to(Child).through(child => child.parentId)],
  }),
});
