[Feature request] Supported languages bar

Accessing the other languages ONLY by typing the language code in the link is a bad idea (hard to discover!), maybe we should add hyperlinks to the other languages in a new sidebar or in the footer below.

I pretty like the asshole.fyi approach, but that's up to tulir to decide.

Actually, I started working on it but got busy, might do it later today.

A footer with all the languages looks sensible. Having the server redirect the root path based on the Accept-Language header might also be nice, but looks like Caddy 2 doesn't have any convenient existing way to do it, so might need to write a custom plugin to parse the header.

but just the footer bar would be enough to have the task done. Just now there is no clue on the website that more languages are available.

I see only static HTML pages are available. A dedicated page listing all languages in a table—showing both the English and localized names with links—would be sufficient and could be linked from every page.
