• Reverts changes to release script from upstream merge

Why ✋

• The changes removed assets from the release, before upstream changes we had the following assets: https://github.com/matter-labs/foundry-zksync/releases/tag/nightly-15bec2f861b3b4c71e58f85e2b2c9dd722585aa8 after changes: https://github.com/matter-labs/foundry-zksync/releases/tag/nightly
• Specifically no binary for foundry_nightly_linux_amd64.tar.gz was created in the last tagged nightly release
• Will also fix our CI install check as it relies on that asset as well
• This caused dependent CI to break downstream
