@epage @kornelski is there anything critical which I should do before making the repo public and announcing it? Or should I just flip the switch?

While I don't see anything critical, it might be nice to turn this repo into an example.
(even if the xtasks and regular builds do nothing)
Sorry, something went wrong.
If you mean opening it to get feedback, it's fine.
If you mean announcing people should use it, it's early. For example, the "standard" tasks aren't very polished.
