Native like multiwindow experience with Window Management Api

Dockview is one of my favourite libraries and I have been following it's progress from the very early on.

One feature would really set it apart and that is having true multiwindow mode. Currently popups supported, but due to browser limitations, they are not that useful. Good news, is that we have Window Management Api which is working very well in chrome and expected to appear in other browsers. It might be a great idea to have this as one of the
