Mac OS Ventura 'Application not responding' error #156

Did not update the mac. No changes. App just decided to stop opening.

Clicking app triggers the browser page to open, looks like it's running properly. But the icon just keeps bouncing in the task bar and does not connect.

Is there something I need to update? Thanks in advance!
