Installing secp256k1 on Mac(Apple sillicon chip) fails

With the following error.

      This package cannot be safely installed by EasyInstall, and may not
      support alternate installation locations even if you run its setup

We don't use this module anymore. The import that left in charge.py is legacy and never used you can remove it.

we should push all those corrections, remove useless things, and add a readme for everyone to be able to easily use the tool
