Add -q (--quiet) option to anonymise logs so they can be uploaded publically without displaying serial numbers. Also anonymises the GUI display so anonymised snapshots can also be taken.

Specifying the -q option will cause nwipe to display "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" where previously there was a serial number. In some cases, it's not possible for Nwipe to determine the serial number on some devices such as cheap/old USB to SATA adapters. In those instances it will display "???????????????????".
