Downgraded dependency to Xamarin.Forms from 4.0 to 3.6 (not everyone can upgrade their projects that fast)
Initial release of the library with support for:
- Changing the progress indicator duration
- Changing the progress indicator rotation duration
- Changing the progress indicator colors
- Changing the progress indicator background color
- Changing the shadow color
- Removing the shadow color
