Release 3.2.0

A few weeks have passed since the last release of 3.1.0. A few bugs have been squashed since then including:

• Added sub - to BannerInstructions (Banner instructions sub #823)
• Added directions & active - to BannerText (Banner instructions sub #823)
• Properties passed to Feature.fromGeometry and CarmenFeature.properties should be Nullable (Properties passed to Feature.fromGeometry should be Nullable #815)
• Move TurfAssertions.getCoord() to TurfMeta.getCoord() to follow Turf.js (Move TurfAssertions.getCoord() to TurfMeta.getCoord() to follow Turf.js #818)
• Semicolon should be used as radiuses and timestamps delimiters (Semicolon should be used as radiuses and timestamps delimiters #821)
• Added approaches request paramenter to Directions and MapMatching (Added approaches request paramenter to Directions and MapMatching #827)

• If_ there's a new SNAPSHOT version, then update this repo's README.md file
• Change version name to 3.2.0 in gradle.properties
• Publish 3.2.0 artifact to Maven Central
• Change version name back to 3.3.0-SNAPSHOT
• Update CHANGELOG.md
• Tag v3.2.0 in GitHub
• Update dependencies in the Maps SDK

Post-release @langsmith

• Update Javadoc for the Mapbox Java docs section in /android-docs repo
• Update the constants.js file in android-docs repo so that compile 'com.mapbox.mapboxsdk:mapbox-sdk-services:x.x.x' line is updated in the Gradle section of the MAS overview page
• Update the demo app
• Update version # in config files in /help @langsmith
• Update version # in Store Locator project
• Update version # in Studio Preview
