When trying to access the collection data from toolkit.lulc, the state of Minas Gerais is too big and the geometry is higher than 2000000, google engine cannot display the proper map and shows the following code error.

I suggest you follow the tutorial and insert your own vector into the GEE. The GEE is really restricting the size of the vectors that we can load on the platform. If your interest is in a specific municipality, it would be better to work with your own vector.
Hi @joaosiqueira, can I run coverage calculations for many features at once in Google Earth Engine? It seems to run only one feature at once. I have a shapefile with ~500 polygons and want learn how to calculate % of forest for each of them at once in GEE.
