安卓客户端发送的 Quoto 中 message source id 有误

问题描述

使用安卓客户端发送引用回复消息，Quoto 消息中的原 messageId 和原消息中的 messageId 不一致

该问题仅在安卓客户端的好友消息中发现

正确的 messageId 与 错误的 messageId 互为 16位补码，推测转为 messageId 的 Int 类型时有误

复现

1. 使用 bot 发送好友消息，获得该消息 messageId 为 A
2. 安卓客户端引用该消息回复
3. bot 收到回复消息中，Quoto 中 source 的 messageId 为 B

两次 messageId 不一致，且 A B 互为16位补码
