Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Want to parse Versioned Transactions, for example Jupiter swap transactions.

Describe the solution you'd like
Best solution would be to add parameter to GetTransactionAsync, named maxSupportedTransactionVersion or similar

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is no solution except sending custom RPC Request instead of using this method.
