When launching an Ubisoft Connect game directly from Lutris with arguments like uplay://launch/f40e304d-8e8d-4343-8270-d06487c35add, if the game is not a legacy one, then it won't launch. An Ubisoft Connect dialog will open with an Initializing... spinner that never closes.
Legacy games have short game IDs (like 111 for PoP Sands of Time), those launch with no problem. It's only the newer games that have a Space ID like f40e304d-8e8d-4343-8270-d06487c35add for Far Cry 5 that won't launch.
It's possible to bypass the Initializing dialog by opening the client from the systray icon and launching the from there. This will close the dialog.
