Markdown code block background issue #138

The left side uses the Monokai Pro theme, and the right side uses the Catppuccin Frappe theme.

As you can see, from line 14 to line 18, the background in Monokai Pro is different, whereas the background in Catppuccin Frappe is the same.

Could you tell me if there are any settings that can change the style to be like Catppuccin Frappe?
