Add support for the history file to be a murex named pipe #72

This will enable you to ship history to different log files, or even push it over the network.

Adding this feature means we could also consider deprecating the https://github.com/lmorg/murex/blob/master/config/defaults/defaults.go#L35 because disabling history would then be a case of setting the history pipe to be a null pipe
