Cannot access extension setting page

The extension's setting page in Firefox Dev Edition.
It briefly shows a "File not found" error and scroll down to oblivion.

I believe that I forgot to include the settings page in the released bundle. But regardless, there are currently no useful settings on the settings page :)

It makes sense to move some of the domain settings there though (relating to #2). Let's keep this issue open until that's done!
