Create release task

A new release task is need in the build system. It has to create minimized and unminimized versions of the files, as well as version without React, another one without CKEDITOR and a third one which will contain only the core of AlloyEditor.

The version without React should be used if a project already uses React.
The version without CKEDITOR, but with React should be used if the project already uses CKEDITOR.
If there is a project which already adopted CKEDITOR and React, only AlloyEditor core should be used.
