Please add to Dockerfile next line:
Nothing would start for me until I added this line.

RUN apk add --no-cache openssl

Can concur this fixed rebuilds of the docker container inserted at line 9 of Dockerfile

Confirming that adding
RUN apk add --no-cache openssl
Before the "RUN npm install" is solving this issue
