Improve NF error reporting

Sometimes there is a clear error in the NF log, but it's not shown in Kantele, which maybe only shows the "Caused by:" line and not the command output / error, maybe from msstitch to stdout ("Cannot do median centering on intensity").

Try to put more data in the errors.
