Dynamic flags

Let's figure out how to make dynamic flags and have them rotate monthly so answers are different each month.

The latter would be ideal, but could start with just flag rotation.

Any thoughts on putting questions into an array, and then using RANDOM to select from the array?

that could work. i think a json file would probably be better, we just need to put it somewhere secret so users can not view it publicly
