Remove the warning "No assessment items package file given." during setup.

Expected Behavior Running setup for OSX should include the assessment items without any warnings.

Current Behavior Currently the logs during setup include the following message:

2015-09-17 09:52:46 WARNING:root:No assessment items package file given. You will need to download and unpack it later.

We can safely ignore this for now because we extract the assessment.zip later during setup, but it's kind-of confusing for the user who doesn't know.

Should be an easy enough fix in the KA Lite application itself, by changing the log level and/or the output when non-interactive setup is called.
