As discussed on Discord, it would be nice if SQLx supported (for compatible databases)

query!(
    "INSERT INTO foo (a, b, c) VALUES (:a, :b, :c)"
    a=value_for_a,
    b=value_for_b,
    c=value_for_c,
)
