Hello there

When calling the command "sqlx database reset" from a terminal, the operation could not be completed if there are some active connection.

PostgreSQL offer the clausole "WITH (FORCE)" to avoid this situation add drop the db correctly.

It is possible to add the clause WITH ( FORCE ) here ?
