Hi,

I might have hit the Limitations for IAM database authentication when using this module. In particular > 200 connections per second.

As I understand it, subject to DB settings, each time there is a db connection required the module obtains fresh IAM credentials.

The IAM token is valid for 15 minutes. Does it make sense to cache this as part of this module? If so I can look into this further.

Cheers.
