Proposal: Add User Data Sync via S3 (or Compatible) API

RisuAI already supports data backup and synchronization, but this proposal aims to add a new synchronization option to support S3 or compatible APIs. This will provide users with more control over their data by allowing them to directly manage synchronization with their chosen cloud storage solutions.
