Work Manager not invoking after app killed in Android Q

I tried to create a periodic work manager for every 20min in background, but it is not working . I am unable to get notification for every 20Mins.Please help me on this

you are running this app in chinese. if so than you have to give auto start permission to this app in order to run app in background check this links below:-
