Unable to run the project as described in the documentation

Hi Kristian,

Thank you for sharing this project – it looks really interesting! However, I’ve been trying to set it up following the instructions in the README.
Here are the steps I followed:

Cloned the repository.
Ran [command, e.g., npm install] to install dependencies.
Started the project with [command, e.g., > node index.js ].
The project runs without any errors, but no visible functionality or interactions happen. I’ve double-checked the setup steps in the documentation, but I’m unsure if I missed something.

Could you please provide some guidance on how to proceed or troubleshoot this?
