SSL never worked #254

I am always getting the following exception.

javax.net.ssl.SSLProtocolException: Unexpected message type has been received: 22

I can control the server and server certificate. Can anybody tell me which protocol/cipher/cert works?

My application can not depend on google service so Conscrypt is npt an option.
