For historical issue, we use ${inceptionYear}, ${copyrightOwner}, ${hawkeye.git.fileCreatedYear} for string interpolations.

However, in multiple different cases, people may want to make some customized template with attributions formatted specifically.

Using minijinja or tera is an option, while requires a major version bump because they don't support ${} syntax.
