There is something wrong with the app concerning heap memory. I know several OEMs restrict heap usage to a very low value (< 128 MB), but I also had some unexpected devices (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S2 on Android 4.1.2) having the issue. Despite it might be support library's fault, investigate some more.
