どうも実寸で作るということに困難を極める人が多いようで…
デフォルトで有効にするのはやりたくないけれども、ymlでtrueに設定したらwidth=textwidth,height=textheightに表紙画像をリサイズするようなパラメータを用意すべき？

\review@coverimageoption{width=\textwidth,height=\textheight}相当を定義するだけですが。
