it twill be downloaded automatically. or go to https://huggingface.co/stabilityai/stable-diffusion-2-1/tree/main/text_encoder, download [model.fp16.safetensors], place it in \model\clip\ and rename to stable-diffusion-2-1-clip-fp16.safetensors
