Too slow animate #106

I just test with this image, but it look really slow speed. How can i increase the speed of animate?

anything? Been experiencing slow gifs as well. Though mine are from the web & it only seems to be an issue on the iPhoneX and above...

Nothing to report so far, but I started rewriting certain implementation details that will likely give more insight as to what is happening here. I suspect the duration of the frames is not picked up properly, which results in using the default value that's hard-coded in the frame parser.

Only happens for me when there's a lot of work going on on the main thread. So not a problem with Gifu more so that it's the first thing to visibly slow when frames start to be dropped.
