친구 신청 조회 기능입니다.

request

로그인한 사용자의 userId를 @PathVariable 방식으로 입력 받습니다.

Error

400 BAD_REQUEST 자신을 제외한 다른 사람의 친구 신청 목록을 보고자 해서 친구신청 조회를 실패한 경우입니다.
