Error echoed when invoking Dirvish from a terminal buffer #127

Steps to reproduce

nvim
:terminal
:Dirvish

Actual behaviour

Dirvish opens the current working directory as expected. However, this error is echoed:

dirvish: invalid directory: 'term://.//53289:/usr/local/bin'

Expected behaviour

No error is echoed.
