Description

Changing the language is not reflected in the menu:

Reproduce

  1. Install e.g. pip install jupyterlab-language-pack-fr-FR
  2. Launch Jupyverse with JupyterLab front-end
  3. Change the language to French (Settings -> Language)
  4. Look into the menu again (Paramètres -> Langue)
  5. See that the language is still set to English

Expected behavior

The language should be set to Français, with the option to set it back to Anglais.
