On myst v1.3.14, each time I run myst build --html I get a message that myst has started a server on a new port, e.g.

testing by building https://github.com/berkeley-cdss/curriculum-guide . We can confirm that a new npm task has been started each time and that others are still running,

Not sure why the npm task isn't being killed after the static html is built and @rowanc1 suggested I report it. Testing in an Ubuntu-based environment running on a remote jupyterhub, myst installed with conda.

Let me know if any other details would be helpful.
