For example this fails

  "packageManager": "github",
  "name": "matreshka",
  "repo": "finom/matreshka",
  "files": {
    "include": ["matreshka.min.js", "matreshka.js", "matreshka.min.map"]
  }
}

because finom/matreshka is now matreshkajs/matreshka

The bot should be able to follow the redirects and use the new repo names.
