It's a very nice package. I'm using it for my live-cell images of MCF10A cells. You can see my forked repositors from the main ([https://github.com/directysj/o2vae.git]). I'm training a model from my images and using that trained model to reconstruct the images. The issue is that reconstructions don't look good if images are irregular in shape (possibly cells in G2/M cell-cycle state). Could you suggest some parameters to tweak or some other changes? I've attached the reconstructions for you to look over.
