Does not produce code usable by CommonJS consumers.

I'd like to see an option to make the output viable CommonJS.

I suppose other filthy maggots might want other disgusting revolting outputs too, and perhaps that suggests a UMD output.

But really just putting modules.export= in front of the output would be most solid.
